Jacqueline M. Druar, J.D., Attorney at Law

Ms. Druar is a Native of Buffalo, NY and a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law. She completed her undergraduate courses at the State University of New York at New Paltz. She also completed course work at the California School of Professional Psychology. Ms. Druar relocated to the Mooresville area in 2002 and was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2003. She is also a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers (auto torts division and family law division), a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court in the Western District of North Carolina. Ms. Druar has experience in both Bankruptcy Law and Civil Litigation which had been the primary focus of her practice until 2008. She has litigated in the North Carolina District Courts, Superior Courts and the North Carolina Business Court. She currently practices in the areas of civil litigation and bankruptcy, but is focused on moving her practice solely toward bankruptcy law.

Joan Waldron, J.D., Attorney at Law

Joan Waldron is a member of the North Carolina Bar and is a graduate of the Charlotte School Of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a BA in English and a minor in Spanish. She concentrates her practice on both family-based and employment-based immigration law. In addition, she also represents clients on removal/deportation matters and advises employers on Form I-9 compliance. We are excited to have Joan as a part of our team.

Ms. Wilcox is a native of New Mexico and is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is a paralegal certified by the North Carolina State Bar. Ms. Wilcox joined our office in 2006 and is truly an asset in our team. She receives rave reviews from our clients due to the fact that she makes herself available to give informed answers to our clients questions. She quickly responds to phone calls and is familiar with the progress of all of our cases. Clients are impressed by her prompt attention, intelligent insight, and above all her true compassion for the difficulties our clients are facing.

Mr. Druar is also a native of Buffalo, NY and a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law. He has nearly 30 years of experience in multiple areas of General Practice and also Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Druar currently is "of counsel" for the Law Office of Jacqueline M. Druar, PLLC and focuses solely on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
